Eric oversees and takes direct responsibility as the offer-in-charge for all aspect of Fruits and Vegetables business activities of the Group, area of responsibilities include plantation, procurement, processing, storage, operations, logistics, sales trading, distribution and project development.
As the Chief Administrative Officer of the Company, he is also overseeing the administration of policies, human resources, training, information technology, assets management, corporate affairs, treasury and banking relationships in China.
Eric joined the Group in June 1998 and had been exposed to sales, retail & franchising, financial controlling, managing processing plant, corporate finance as well as working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in the restructuring and reorganisation of the Company.
Prior to joining the Group, Eric was an Auditor, Risk Management Manager and Financial Advisor with a local CPA firm, Citibank Private Bank and AIG respectively.
He has a degree in Business Administration majoring in Accountancy and a Master of Science in Management Informational Systems.
